Soul Calibur III, Siegfried Schtauffen cosplay
This is his P2 version.

I made this costume as a stage prop character for my Madman National Cosplay Championship performance which miraculously won me first place >w<

About the Costume:
The fabric of choice was a soft furnishing suede. I chose it because the texture reminded me of what LARPers wear... and frankly this version of Siegfried's outfit just reminded me of LARP. :XD:
It just got all sewn together and lined...nothing too special.
The griffin on the chest is embroidered on tediously with the stain stitch. The same thing was done to get the gold squiggly patterns.

The pouches are are stitched with Kangaroo leather.
It was my first time working with leather and I was taught by the leather bondage king :iconwakaleo:

The gloves and armour pieces:
The gloves were handmade. I altered a glove pattern that :icontsubaki-chan: gave me.
The armour pieces are all made from PVC plastic, shaped with heat, detailed with paper clay, undercoated black and then dry brushed with charcoal and gold.

I did it from scratch. Didn't really have a pattern for this so I sketched one myself.

Very lovely costume, the details are just breath taking. The background is just as gorgeous, and well it looks absolutely amazing! Like if Siegfried was real, boom this is it. XD <3
