Sword and Sheath Making Tutorial - Part 1

I have been asked to make weapon turotials for years. I finally did it! Haha. I chose to use this Emperor Lelouche sword commission I am doing at the moment as the example piece because it is quite a typical prop.

It' not the most advanced thing ever, so thi would probably be common sense to many people. But I hope this can be useful to somebody out there who want to make their own swords and sheath!

are you using fiberboard? and how thick is it?

Yep. Fibre board. But I sometimes use pine wood as well. I just chose fibre board this time because I had some.
I generally like the 12mm thickness.
